Company Merger

We are pleased to announce that the DRB Group and Prime Engineering Services Ltd. are merging with effect from 1st February 2007.

Plant Expansion

Both businesses are long established and the merger will complement both, by expanding the Fabrication and Pipe Work Services within the DRB Group and the ability to provide a much greater range of services to Prime Engineering Service's customers.  As part of the merger, Paul Dooley and family will be emigrating to Australia to enjoy a well earned rest after many years of dedicated service.

The enlarged business will trade under the DRB Group banner from the premises at Deeside.  All seven staff will remain, so our client's daily contact should be unaffected.
