CNC Machining - Milling Machining

As a company we do provide a wide and comprehensive range of services, including many aspects of machining which consist of CNC machining, milling machining and also conventional machining.  To further ourselves as a company we have made many considerable investments over the last five years, which include new and improved CNC Machining centres and lathes. 

In addition to this we also invested heavily in improving and refurbishing our existing equipment.  We offer a number of varied machining services; one of our more popular products is the Large CNC Milling which goes up to 600 mm x 800 mm table size.  As well as the many larger machines we have on offer we also have a large range of smaller and more conventional machines, which include CNC machining centres, spline grinding machines and also surface and internal grinding. 

We have recently acquired a very large 4-axis CNC horizontal milling machine.  This new machine has been designed with a full 360 degree rotation table and is fully compliant with a 1200 mm x 1200 mm envelope.  This has enabled the DRB Group to improve and expand its capacity, allowing larger, heavier objects to now be machined with a higher degree of precision.
