Fabrication – Stainless Steel Fabrication

At DRB we have two fully functional fabrication workshops which are used for specialist fabrication. One of these we use solely for stainless steel fabrication and the other is used specifically for ferrous metals. As a company we pride ourselves on being able to offer a wide and varied range of varied services, from sheet metal work, general fabrication and also pipe work. Our main line of work, our specialisation in; is undoubtedly stainless steel fabrication, in conjunction with this we also manufacture pressure vessels and pressure accumulators.

In the fabrication sector we cover a wide range of industries; which include Petrol, Chemical, both on and off shore, also Food and Dairy. The CNC Plasma cutting that we partake in has a capacity for 3000mm x 1500mm, making it more than capable of cutting of all forms of steel and also other metals.

In addition to the plasma cutting we also specialise in bending of three different capacities, 4000mm long 200 ton press break, 3000mm long 200 ton brake and 3000mm keytona folding machine. We also specialise in rolling sheet and plate fabrication, which ranges from 2500mm long pyramid roller 12mm 2000mm long to angle roller for angle flat bar and some tubes.
