DRB replace business software

DRB has signed a software and infrastructure deal with Technology Services Group Ltd (TSG). TSG, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, provides IT solutions and services to more than 11,000 small and medium sized businesses nationwide.

The deal will replace the current ERP system with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and confirms DRB's commitment to delivering improved value and services to its customers through technology investment.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a fully customizable business management solution designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized companies. It includes integrated functionality for financial and supply-chain management, customer relationship management and e-commerce.

In particular, Microsoft Dynamics NAV was selected for its ability to integrate and its built-in tools that help optimize solutions to business processes. Because Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows extensive customisations from within an integrated development environment, DRB can make immediate changes to respond more efficiently to customers and new business opportunities—without disrupting everyday operations.
