Fabrication

From our two Fabrication Workshops, one stainless steel and one for ferrous metals, we offer a full range of services from pipe work, sheet metal work and general fabrication. With a specialisation in stainless steel fabrication, we also manufacture pressure accumulators and pressure vessels. Industries covered include Petro Chemical, both on and off shore, Food and Dairy, and Pharmaceuticals.

Our site services staff have SCATS and food hygiene certification.

Stainless Steel Fabrication - Pipe Fitting - Welding Fabrication

CNC Plasma Cutting

with capacity for 3000mm x 1500mm sheets, capable of cutting mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium; mild steel up to 15mm thick and stainless steel or aluminium up to 12mm.

Bending

  • 4000mm long 200 ton press brake
  • 3000mm long 200 ton press brake
  • 3000mm Keytona folding machine

Rolling Sheet and Plate

  • 2500mm long pyramid roller 12mm 2000mm long
  • 2000mm long pyramid roller 4mm 2000mm long
  • 1500mm long pyramid roller 2mm 1500mm long
  • Angle roller for angle flat bar and some tubes

Guillotining

  • 3000mm long, 13mm plate mild steel or 10mm stainless steel
  • 3000mm long, 13mm plate mild steel or 10mm stainless steel

Welding

  • TIG Welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium
  • MIG Welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium
  • MMA Welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium

We have welding procedures and codings for both mild steel and stainless steel for welding tube and plate to British Standard and ASME

Tube Bending

Hydraulic pipe benders with capacity to bend 10mm diameter to 4” NB SHD 40 tube

Labour

We also supply labour on site for fitting, welding fabrication, pipe fitting, steel work, process pipework, sheet metalwork, all backed up by our fabrication shop, machine shop, hydraulics, pneumatics and valve shops.
