DRB Machining Ltd. provide a comprehensive range of services. Disciplines covered are Design, Manufacture & Installation of plant and process equipment, CNC and Conventional Machining, Gearbox repair, Repair and Installation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems, Overhaul of Process Valves, On-site Fitting Services.

Our site services staff have SCATS and food hygiene certification.

CNC Machining - Process Valves

DRB have made considerable investment over the last five years in new CNC Machining Centres & Lathes, along with refurbishment of existing equipment.

Machining Services we can offer are:

  • Large Turning up to 4000mm long x 600mm diameter
  • Large Milling C.N.C. up to 6000mm x 800mm table size
  • Large Boring up to 1820mm diameter table size
  • Large Grinding up to 1980mm long x 600mm diameter

Along with all the above we also have an extensive range of smaller conventional machines, CNC machining centres, slotting, spline grinding and internal and surface grinding.

Also at our disposal we are able to offer gear cutting, wire erosion, spark erosion and balancing services through our many contacts in the industry.
