Valve Division

From the repair and service of all types of Process and Control Valves, the service has been expanded to include many more aspects of Plant Manufacturing, Sales, Servicing and Site Diagnostics.

Our Staff consists of a team of highly qualified and experienced Technicians well versed in all aspects of Valve and Plant Maintenance.

Repairs

Every valve is marked, fully dismantled, parts blast cleaned to remove scale, rust and product etc., allowing full inspection to ascertain condition or defects in the valve, i.e. Stress cracking, corrosion, erosion or cavitation damage.

Control Valves

All types of control valves are fully overhauled, positioners calibrated Bench set, fully tested and Certified.

Safety Valves

  • Pre-Pop, Test or Full Refurbishment of all makes of safety valves.
  • Valves set against calibrated standard test gauges and certified in accordance with all relevant test specifications.

Process Valves

The climate in which today's Industry operates require that a greatly reduced 'In House' labour force be employed. Our aim is to assist Industry, to bridge the gap and provide the necessary expertise in all Valve and Instrumentation fields.

We offer the service of a well trained team of service Technicians, to provide support for your existing plant engineers to cover shutdowns, or general shortfall of personnel either in the long or short term.

DRB supply an extensive range of valves and associated equipment from a worldwide network of suppliers.

We are able to provide all types of valves in all pressure classes and sizes; in a wide range of materials.

Whether it is a one off or a complete project we will be pleased to offer a solution.

We can supply a direct replacement or alternative manufacturer; to your specification and also offer reconditioned valves as an economical alternative.

DRB are able to source and supply all manufacturers’ spares.

Site visits

Site visits can be arranged to plan major shutdown or to ascertain spares availability before removal for repair to enable planned maintenance.

DRB offer a testing facility for all types of equipment such as Pressure Gauges, Air Receivers, Pressure Vessels, Steam Jackets and Process Vessels.

Manufacture

The manufacture of specialized valve parts such as PLUGS, SEATS etc can be carried out on our premises, precision machining to manufacturers or customers specification.

Cleaning and Painting Component Parts

Guarantee

All our work is tagged and guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Detailed records of each valve enable us to keep a comprehensive file and simplify future identification.
