Sheet Metal Fabrication - Specialist Fabrication

Welcome to the DRB Group website. We specialise in all aspects of sheet metal fabrication including stainless steel fabrication operate from our two state of the art workshops on site in our 32,000 square ft premises . With specialist areas covered including stainless steel, pipe work, sheet metal work and general fabrication we are able to meet the needs of our clients whatever their specifications. Additionally we manufacture pressure vessels and pressure accumulators for industries such as petro chemical both on shore and off shore Food, dairy and PHA.

We cover four main areas of specialist fabrication, CNC plasma Cutting, Bending, Rolling sheet metal fabrication, plate fabrication and guillotining.

Our CNC fabrication facilities are able to produce 3000mm x 1500 sheets they are cable of cutting mild steel up to   15 millimetres thick and aluminium and stainless steel fabrication producing sheets of upto a 12 millimetre thickness.

Our bending machinery consists of 4000 millimetre long 200 ton press brake, a 3000millimetre long 200 ton press brake and a 3000 millimetre.

Machinery operated for rolling sheet metal fabrication operated by DRB includes from a 1500 mm – 2500mm long pyramid roller and also an angle roller for angle flat bar and some tubes.
