Valves – Process Valves

As one of the largest privately owned engineering companies throughout the North West DRB takes pride in ensuring every aspect of their business and service is always of the highest possible order.  The DRB group specialise in many different forms of valves, stemming from the repair and service of all types of process and also control valves.  We have a highly qualified team of expert technicians who are more than competent in every aspect of valve and plant maintenance. 

The control valves that we manufacture are all completely overhauled, fully tested and certified and also with positioners calibrated bench set.  As a company we are able to pre-pop, test or offer a full and complete refurbishment of every single make of any safety valve that is currently on the market, therefore basically enabling us to deal with any problem that may arise.  In addition to the above we also manufacture and design safety valves which are set against calibrated approved test gauges and are certified in compliance with all relevant test specifications. 

We are also able to design and repair a number of different process valves.  Our highly skilled and experienced technicians are also able to repair parallel slide, ball and also globe process valves.  All the valves that the DRB Group repair are fully marked and dismantled.  In addition to this we always blast cleans all the parts to remove any excess scale, rust and product, this therefore allows us to perform a full inspection to acknowledge any conditions or possible defects in the valve.
